I may not be able to redecorate my house and buy new things right now but I can do simple decor changes. One thing I change out frequently is my table. It was time to get rid of the Valentines Day stuff and even though it might be a little early, the next in line was St. Patrick's Day.
This was all stuff that I already had.
The tablecloth stayed the same I just changed the red for the green place mats. Swapped out vases and flowers then added a few other things.
A St. Patrick's day vintage picture that I printed out and framed, a green bowl with a candle and plastic cold coins and some glittery foam shamrocks to finish it off.
This is pretty much the same as I put out last year but I'm showing it again because it's all I've got.

It doesn't have to be different from last year to celebrate the change of seasonal decorations. I love reading about what you are doing. :)
Kiss me! I'm Irish. At least ONE day out of the year...and I'm lovin' all the green!
Your green decor is refreshing. I still have hearts for decor and can't seem to come up with anything for St. Pat's Day - good thing I have until the end of the month to get rid of the hearts. My memory is so short I can't even remember what I used last year. ;(
Good for you....my change at moms is adding more packed boxes.
I am half Irish half Scot and I love Green... I also love that you can change things out without spending a penny. or a dime. ha ha on the cost of things now... I never thought about printing a vintage and framing, great idea... the IRISH ARE COMING.
Good for you to do that decorating. It is fun to spruce things up. It looks great. Have a good day Ann.
It's very pretty and it's more than I have out. We don't decorate anymore. I'm just to lazy to decorate.
Have a fabulous day and week, Ann. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
It looks great! I don't usually do the seasonal decorating. It's just too much effort for me. As I get older, I get worse...I don't want to put anything up to have to take it down again. I am curmudgeony, I guess!
I love the table decor! I skip over St. Patty's Day and head right to Easter with my decor! I need to buy some Green Stuff and celebrate with you!!!!
EVeryone knows I don't do 'decor', seasonal or otherwise, but I've always admired people who do, and who do it well - very fun and pretty!
I don't think I've even thought that far ahead yet...just trying to get my darn feet warm!Hahaa...love your things though!
hughugs
I got a new green shirt for the occasion. Being Czech we actually celebrate st. Joseph the next day.
OH, it is perfectly gorgeous!!! I just love it!!
Great idea to decorate a table for each occasion. I like it.

Sometimes I add something new but since I had plenty already there was no need to
It was time to get my green on :) My maternal grandmother was Irish so I have a wee bit of it in me
I suppose I could have waited till the end of the month to change things out but I guess I was in a hurry to change it
Packed boxes are good. I need to pack some around here with more junk that needs to be cleared out
Thanks, it is fun to make a small change here and there
I used to go all out for all the holidays but several years ago I started getting rid of a lot of it. I just got tired of all the work. I can do this though since it's small scale and still adds just a touch of something
I used to like to go all out but it got to be too much. I'm the same I get worse, the older I get.
I thought about doing Easter but then I figured I would get tired of looking at it for that long so I thought I would stick some St Patricks day stuff out first
I have never been very good at decorating. Some people can take a bunch of stuff and put it together to make it look fabulous. I can take the same stuff and it looks like a pile heading to the curb for trash pick up...lol
I'm 1/4 Irish but don't really celebrate St. Patricks day. I suppose at least around here, it's more of a drinkers holiday
thanks
I like doing it small scale like this. It doesn't require a lot of stuff or a lot of work
Cute! I love the vintage picture!
yes all good-looking and having only a small entity to decorate even better...of course you could always buy some green things (edible) or paint some boxes or similar...with say "paint test pots" and then at the end, you've got something to box everything away - or even give the newly painted objects away...
Thanks
yeah, I like doing it on a small scale as opposed to the much larger version I used to do years ago
Very nice. Looks like you are ready!
