snow snow and more snow

It started snowing late afternoon on Christmas Eve. It snowed all day Christmas Day, and part of Saturday. I'm not sure exactly how much snow we got but it was over a foot and a half

I went out Christmas day to shovel a spot for Gibbs then to do the sidewalk, brush off the car and start on the driveway. While I was cleaning off the car a friend of Wade's did stop and plow. I was very grateful. Saturday there was quite a bit more snow out there again so I went out to start the process all over again. While I was shoveling the driveway, the neighbor across the street came over with his shovel and helped. Again I was very grateful.

These people had the real Christmas spirit, helping someone else! So how does Gibbs like snow?

That is awesome to have the help when needed!! (I really detest that white stuff tho. Even if it's pretty). I love the photo of Gibbs!

Wow, that is a lot of snow! It's beautiful but I'm so glad you got some help clearing it, that has to be backbreaking work.

I know how you hate shoveling snow. I can't say as I blame you. It's pretty, but only in pictures as far as I'm concerned. It's good that you had help.

Have a fabulous day, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

What a blessing - not the snow but the considerate helpful people.

It is so nice that there are still nice neighbors like that.

Many hands make light work or so the saying goes. You DID get a lot of snow, Ann! I remember shoveling a "spot" for the dogs to go potty, years and years ago when we had dogs. The spot always got shoveled but the driveway not always. *haha* ~Andrea xoxo

I'm so glad you had a bit of help. We're having an exceptional drought here, so we could use some of that snow. 🙂

It is so nice to have good neighbors and friends who help us out in snowy weather. We have the snow too and cold, bitter cold. I love the snow but the extremely cold can go away and stay away. I say we all pack up this snow and send it to CheerfulMonk. We would be good neighbors. :-) Have a blessed and beautiful week. HUGS
