A new obsession

My latest obsession is making wrap sandwiches in the air fryer. There are two that I make the most. A pizza wrap with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. The other is a tuna with cheddar cheese. After placing the filling on the tortilla, I wrap it up and put it in the air fryer for 5 minutes.

Oh my, so yummy. Here is my pizza wrap

You need to be careful that the seam side is facing down when you put these in the air fryer. The one time I put one in and it must have rolled a little. I kept smelling something burning and when I opened the air fryer to check on it, the open edge of the wrap had blown up and was touching the top side. It got quite crispy but it was easily cut off.

The air fryer probably works well.
I'm thinking about buying one,
but I'm stuck on the idea!!

Air fryers are a lot more versatile than they first appear to be.

Gonna have to pull my air fryer out. I have one but rarely use it.

I have made these! But not with tuna! What do you mix in with the tuna? And you use cheddar?

Those sound delicious. Glad you are enjoying them. We don't have an air fryer.

I've contemplated getting an air fryer and I do use tortillas instead of regular bread for most of my "sandwiches". This may be a great idea for breakfast burritos - the commercial kind are not the healthiest...I'm off to research!

My daughter recently acquired an air fryer. I'll have to suggest this to her.

Toasted tuna sandwiches/wraps are the best. Great idea.

The air fryer is a great invention! I like to put sweet potato fries in there. But I don't get them too often. It is sure a fun ap[liance to enjoy.

That looks like so much fun. And the wraps look great.

We must be on some sorta spooky same cycle. I recently started making yoghurt/flour wraps and stuffing everything inside. Yum.
