The fog

Monday morning I headed out the door for a dog food run. The fog was pretty thick in some areas. Don't mind the filthy windshields that I took the pictures through.

The sun was trying it's hardest to break through.

On a different note, if I don't blog for a day or two, don't worry. Nothing is seriously wrong. I'm just feeling low and I'm likely to have a pity party for myself.

Is it too early in the year to start procrastinating already?

 I purchased these napkins before Christmas thinking that I could use them on a craft project. As with most craft projects I plan, I never got around to doing them. I'm thinking though that if I put this on a wood block it would look nice in the Ann cave.

I've already started thinking about what craft projects I want to do this year. I wonder how many I'll never get around to doing this year.

I did manage to fill a box with stuff to send to the trash. So at least I've made an attempt to declutter.

Last day of another 3 day weekend.

 So it was another 3 day weekend for me. The store is open on New Years day but I pointed out to them that it would be cheaper to pay someone else the over time to work the holiday than it would be to pay me. I would rather have the day off since I get holiday pay either way.

I spent yesterday taking my Christmas decorations down. I was going to leave them up another week but I got really bored so I started packing them up. I'm sure I'll find a stray decoration here and there that I missed but most of it is all put away for another year.

The plan now is to get started on cleaning things out and decluttering my house. Of course I've had that same plan for the last several years and have never gotten very far with it. Hopefully this year I'll have more luck.
