Blue skies, sunshine and 63 degree weather called for a little strolling.
Duke and I headed down the street. I was amazed at how there were no leaves on the sidewalk here.
Our destination was the park.
We saw lots of town folk along the way. They smiled at us and we did the same.
Time to head home. I wonder if we should maybe rake our leaves?

A lovely walk, wish I could come too. I love to walk through leaves, I make a bee line right for them..love the rustle! ;D
The leaves are like a pretty blanket over an old bed.

It amazes me how often our respective weather conditions are almost exactly the same with us being around 850 miles to the southwest of you-all.
Great stroll...and they also help protect your grass from Winter cold...

Great Photos! A walk and a bike sounds good but mowing the lawn and raking leaves.... NOT! :-)
Love just leaving leaves alone and getting to smell them and hear their crunch under the feet.
a great post on a perfect day for a perfect walk. i enjoyed our walk and tell Duke I like the swish of walking in leaves and Jake would have his nose buried and be rooting through the leaves. glad you had a good week end. i like that shot of the clean sidewalk. every time hubby sees a photo like this on TV he says, that is the way the streets look like in PA, our streets are very different here.

Nice walk...it was a lovely weekend. I think the leaves should stay where they fall myself - I love the crunch and crinkle when you walk through them.
Just catching up from being away ... it is a wonderful sound walking through the leaves ... as long as I don't have to rake them!

What a nice thing to do - walk on a beautiful fall day with your pooch! Makes me almost want to borrow a dog for a couple of hours, LOL. Glad you got some fresh air this weekend!
Yes leave the leaves there. They are designed for kicking through, and leaving you happy.
I'm sure you're enjoying this weather but I would never trade you for it. It snowed here last week and I couldn't have been more happy about it.
Duke seems like such a brave dog to walk through those leaves. My big dog Isabella jumps over them as if she is afraid.
It sure was beautiful. I went to watch my son's football game and raked leafs. Loved it.
