Jousting
A couple weeks ago when we went to that wedding there was also a medieval reenactment going on. I kept my eye on things but there really wasn't all that much action. I did sneak a few shots though
Yesterday I spent part of my day off doing some much needed cleaning and the rest of the time I did a whole lot of nothing. Today I believe some shopping is in order. There are a couple thrift shops I've been wanting to check out and today is the perfect day to do that

We live near Medieval Times...it's a dinner theater with a whole lot of jousting going on. I've never been to it but I've heard it's fun.

That is one battered shield (wow). I've always wanted to go to one of those medieval dinner events. Maybe one day, right? ;o)
Love the costumes - and the armor, which appears well used!
Was the re-enactment part of the wedding? or was it just at the same park?
I like shopping or doing nothing MUCH better than doing cleaning... is that wrong? :p

When a wedding ceremony includes a jousting match, methinks it might not bode well for the longevity of the marriage, but it might make for the basis of another unreality show.
