Yesterday I had to do a full sheet cake. The only color she asked for was a teal color for the border. Other than that she wanted assorted color flowers.

The right
Somewhere in the middle
And the whole thing. As a last second thought I sprinkled on yellow, green and blue sugar crystals around the edges.
Tomorrow I'll be doing another cake but only a 1/4 sheet cake.

i have not bought a cake in 13 years, when i retired, no more cakes. as team lead i used to buy a lot of cakes for our workers. this one is really pretty, i guess the internet is stealing your cake business by people learning how to do their own. had not thought about that
I love the decoration. I tried making the roses before and it turn out.... ahem ahem... too embrassed to say it here. LOL
Beautiful work Ann! Tell me, after the cake has baked/cooled, how long does it take to decorate it from start to finish?
What a beautiful cake - I like the design you did on the sides of the cake. I hope everyone notices because it's details like that that are special. And of course - A little glitter makes everything better. Seriously, the sugar crystals were the 'icing' on that cake. I'm in total awe of folks that can decorate a cake like that. You rock!
Emma and I have been decorating cupcakes and messing around with various tips, so I appreciate the skill set here. LOVELY!
It's beautiful . . . wish you lived close enough to beg you into teaching me how to make a rose :)
It's a beautiful cake. You're most talented, but I've always known that.
Have a fabulous day off. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
It's a beautiful cake, Ann.
I never got the hang of doing roses. When I was doing bday cakes for my grandson's I always used toys and things to help decorate them....easier that way for us folks that only took one cake class! haha...great job on the roses.
That's beautiful.
Very pretty, it is the season for them here with lots of grads.
The cake is beautiful. You are extremely talented!
