masked

I decided to try a new mask pattern. I can't remember the name of the website that I got the pattern from otherwise I would share it here. Anyway I started to make this according to the directions but it got to a point where the fabric was too thick to go through my machine. I had to make a few adjustments and do this my way and it came out pretty good. This of course is the mask folded in half . pay no attention to the bad hair. I am way overdue for a haircut and it's always in a ponytail now because it looks so horrible.

i really like it. Plus it looks like it fits so much better than most, making it safer!

My hair is awful, I wish it was long enough for a pony tail. It frizzes out to the side and I look like a rodeo clown now. That will be one of the first things we do after we get our second vaccine...get haircuts! It's been over a year.

I think your hair looks fine. I don't worry about mine, I just always wear a hat or (when I go to the dentist) a hair covering when I go out.

I like the masks.

You did very well the mask!
About the hair ... oh, gosh! The hairdressers here have been closed since mid-December due to the lookdown. They were opened again yesterday to make an appointment ... there are still 400 people waiting, for you! Ffff ...

agree the mask fits beter than others i have seen.. like the fabric too. the only good thing about a mask is i have not put on any makeup for a year now. hides the brown spots and the wrinkles. but i rather show them the wear the silly things.

The mask looks great, nice job Ann. It's a pony tail for me all the time these days too.

I think that shape mask is terrific, it looks comfortable for one thing and it looks like it might stay up better. We have been using the disposable masks not the least because they actually fit my husband. When it comes to masks one size DOES NOT fit all!

You are most talented. I like it.

I got my hair cut yesterday. Mine is really short. I tried growing it out a couple of years ago. It was horrible. Never again.

Have a fabulous day off tomorrow, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

That's a popular design - I like the fabric you used . . . it looks good on you. ^^

That's a nice looking mask and I love the green checked pattern! I made about 4 more masks a few weeks ago and hopefully won't have to make anymore!

Your mask has a nice fit and the color is so appropriate for St. Patrick's Day. lol My daughter bought me one of those plastic frames that clip onto the inside of masks. It looks like might be uncomfortable but when I used it for the first time it was very comfortable. What it does is to pull the fabric away from the mouth so your not sucking germs off the mask, plus it is easier to breathe with it on. She found it on Amazon I believe.
