Lunch with a friend
Monday I met an old friend for lunch. We grew up in the same neighborhood and I've known her for most of my life. We occasionally get together for lunch and it had been a while. I had a delicious grilled chicken salad with curly fries. We spent over 3 hours chatting and catching up.

I'm so glad you got together with your friend for lunch, Ann. You and her should do that more often. I don't think I've ever seen a salad with fries on top. Do you eat the fries first, separate, or do you eat them with the salad? ~Andrea xoxoxo

Oh my gosh, that food looks so good! I haven't had breakfast yet and I'm hungry, lol, so maybe that is why they look extra good! It is always great to get together with friends and to spend time with them catching up. I don't know why I don't do it more often myself. Maybe a good reminder to do so :)

I have a friend that I've known since we were both 7 years old! When we get together every few months we talk for hours! Those old friendships are priceless!
Now I'm hungry. I'm glad you had some time out with your friend. You needed this.
