According to my fitness tracker I average 61/2 hours of sleep a night. Saturday night I got less than that thanks to a little fur ball who wanted to whine and bark all night.
I'm writing this post Sunday morning at work while I wait for donuts to be ready. Why? Because I predict there will be lots of snoozing on the couch when I get home.

Not enough!! Maybe you should go to bed earlier?
Yes, please take it easy when you get home!
not sure i beleive these trackers, do you wear it on your arm? how would it know. hope your day goes well and your can sleep all night tonight
I do good if I can get 5 hours uninterrupted sleep...but what feels like the best sleep of all us when I can give meds and kay back down and sleep an hour or so...
I am a sleeper! I need at least 8 hours every night. On a good cold/winter weekend I can easily sleep 10.
I get 6 1/2 to 7 hours of sleep a night, which seems to be good for me. Most days my eyes just pop open around 6 and I'm wide awake.
Your fitness tracker is interesting. I didn't know you could keep track of how much you sleep.
You need more sleep. I can share some of mine.
Have a fabulous day off, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥
Oh, that's not good. Try to get more sleep (if possible) so it helps with overall health. I think more sleep helps with weight loss from what I read. Not sure how...maybe more time sleeping is less time eating?? Hahaha!
Sounds like you need a lot of snoozing to catch up. Snooze away my friend, you deserve it.
I've had sleep issues most of my life I think! I usually can get 5-6 hours on a good day! Once in a great while I sleep for 8 hours and it feels wonderful! It's rare though!
Awww! You need to quit waking the Gibbers Up! Poor thing needs his beauty sleep!! Lolol
hugs
