Dollar Tree Jenga Block Crafts

Technically I believe Dollar Tree named them tumbling tower blocks but everyone refers to them as Jenga blocks.

The first one used 4 blocks each. I painted each one before gluing them together. Some people use hot glue but I prefer to use wood glue. After it was all together I took some cardstock and stamped USA and then glued that on to the blue block.

I also used some brown ink to grunge them up a bit and make them look a bit antique. These are small but so cute.

The other craft used 12 of the blocks. This time I glued some blocks together before painting. The base is 4 blocks and painted blue. The top is 4 sets of 2 for the stripes. When it was all dry I glued the stripes together and then the top to the bottom. After it had a while to sit I added the jute twine around the hat and then a jute bow and a star button. I thought these were pretty cute as well.

What a charming and creative use of Dollar Tree tumbling tower blocks! These patriotic crafts are not only budget-friendly but also packed with personality. I love how you added extra detail with brown ink for that antique, rustic vibe—it really gives the pieces character. The second craft, styled like a little Uncle Sam hat, is especially clever with the jute twine and star button embellishment. Using wood glue instead of hot glue for durability is a smart tip. These mini creations would be perfect for festive tiered trays or shelf décor. So simple, yet so eye-catching!

Ann another amazing craft from your most creative mind!! I love it.
The last one kinda reminds me of Uncle Sam's hat. The jute and star bravo. Bryan would agree with you on your decision of using wood glue!!

Great 4th of July theme going on here, though you can use these throughout the year. Love them!

Soooooooo cute, Ann. You are the most creative gal I know. I love Dollar Tree especially for birthday plates, napkins & plastic table covers. But I must say the selection is getting pretty slim pickins at our store. I wonder if it has something to do with all the tariff business? ~Andrea xoxo
