Goes both ways

The other day I showed you the last minute gift I threw together for my friend Debbie. I was saying how being crafty and having a big stash came in handy when you don't have the best memory for birthdays. What I didn't tell you was that having crafty friends is also a plus. I also didn't tell you that when Debbie came over she brought me a gift. She likes to quilt and she's been busy making mug rugs.
Check out the ones she gave me
Not only is this a super cool handy dandy mug rug but it's got Westies on it. Now how cool is that? The back is the paw print material. It has a pocket for a tea bag, one for a sugar packet and a place to slide your spoon in. I know you can see all of that. I was just on a roll with the rambling.

Have a terrific day. My best to Duke. :)

This is adorable!!! I have never seen one like this with the sugar and spoon pockets! It makes you want to have a cup of tea even if you don't like it!!

What a brilliant idea and what a thoughtful gift. That is so cute and the fabric is adorable. I wonder if they have yorkie fabric? or black cat fabric? You know I'll be on the search now! I've been thinking about making a little tea and sweetner case for my purse. I never thought to add a pocket for a plastic spoon. I like that idea!

Bubba wants to tell Duke that he's mad at mom and dad right now because we took him to get a haircut. He looks nice but he sure is giving us the "attitude."

What she probably didn't tell you is that Duke ordered that for you. Do you see the look on his face? When was last time you treated him with bacon, and should this not be a daily occurrence?

What a clever idea! I'm not a coffee drinker, so I hadn't seen those yet. Love the fabric choices!
