Going back into the photo archives and opening up folders from a couple years ago was like opening a time capsule.
What treasured did I find?
There was a pretty pink weed
The wilted remains of a yellow rose.
And best of all was a shaggy little water loving pup.

Such great photo's Ann..I love what you have done with the rose....but of course the best is that famous little doggy...Duke!!!
Awww...Duke :)
Happy Friday, Ann!
WOW Ann in your hands even a wilted rose looks beautiful !!
how do you make a mere weed beautiful... you got good skills! Love the yellow rose too.
That dried rose reminds me of my Victorian days. LOL [seriously, it's gorgeous...did you make something from in for a decoration perhaps...with your craft skills?] And of course.....that Duke is royal. Truly a royal poochie, and so handsome.
...and the tube sock LONG JOHNS?!!! Fantastically adorable. So so cute.
You did great on your treasure hunt! I am constantly surprised when I look back at old folders and see photos long forgotten.
love the rose but you know who i LOVE MOST... that little rascal on the float is a heart stealer. i love going through old photo folders and finding treasures i forgot i had. i also use my folders to remember what day what happened. like the last time i went to Georgia, i have to find the family pics to remember when i went.
The rose photo is indeed a winner...
Great photos but of course Duke steals it! We didn't see him in his pool much this year.
Love the pics, my friend!
I agree, Duke was the very best part. I'm a bit partial though.
Have a terrific day and weekend. :)
Lovin' the Pup!!
Happy weekend!

I always love any picture of Duke. Very cute!!!
the rose looks like it was laying on my computer screen and Duke has grown.
I love the contrast in the first photo. Of course we always enjoy seeing Duke, too.
Well, all the pictures are good, but Duke stole the show again. He really is cute.
The photo of duke on the raft is so darn cute. :) I like the texture on the rose.
I think that was my comment deleted. I don't know I don't comment for ages then when I finally do I accidentally delete it. It was all about how handsome Duke is.
Thanks for staying with my blog while I have been busy elsewhere.
I like Duke as a shaggy water pup.
Shaggy water pup is the cutest!
Poor Duke. Have you told him that the swimming season is about over? We closed our pool a couple days ago.
