Nothing much

Saturday was cold and rainy and not much of anything got done.
I did take a picture through the window.

All the rain on the window made it a bit blurry though. I took another one through the top of the window since it wasn't quite as wet.

Then I plopped my butt down in front of the computer and wasted almost an entire day there.

Wasted rainy days doing things that don't require a lot of thought or energy are themselves autumn blessings.

you were not wasting your time, this blessing is gorgeous. would make a wonderful card. when we used to play withour toys and dolls we were not wasting time, we were playing, so that is what you were doing
what does Duke do on a rainy day, does he mind going out in the damp to do his THING?

Rain and more rain, guess we're in it for the long haul, next nice day looks like next Saturday, that is 6 days away. Time to build an ark! Enjoy your day!

...it's cold, gloomy outside at my neck of the woods too. Would love the added rain, but not yet. Maybe soon?!! I hope.

The view from your window makes me think of hot chocolate and wasting time at the computer...having fun doing nothing in particular. We need those kinds of days. - An Autumn Blessing as you say.

By the way, I love your needle case!! [I've been trying to figure out how to make me one for my crochet hooks.]

Sounds like a lovely day to me. I didn't get to do this yesterday, but perhaps today. It's not raining as our storm happened earlier in the week.

Have a terrific Sunday. My best to Duke. :)

I do that 'plopping' thing every day. I say plop to your heart's content. Love the leaves on the ground.. they make a bed of gold and orange that's just so gorgeous!

That Autumn Blessing pic is marvelous...is the rain due to 'Sandy"? "cause I am way south of you and we haven't had a drop...

It's nice when you can take that time off to relax during rainy days!

I'm getting used to the rain since it rains a lot up here...or at the very least, almost always foggy/overcast.

It's been raining here and probably will until spring so I will be wasting lots of days to come!

You would have taken basically the same shot out of our front window. Thankfully, the rain headed east before it got down in 20s the last two nights. When the anticipated front came through last Thursday afternoon, it went from 72 to 38 in around 3 hours.
