The rotten eggs I'm referring to are the things that have been annoying me lately.
Rotten egg #1: My cell phone is constantly going off with calls and text messages from unknown sources. I frequently get voicemails stating that I am under investigation by the IRS for fraud. If I don't take immediate action I will pay the legal consequences. Then there are the nonstop text messages for Gregory. Those come in for various reasons from credit help to a house that is for sale.
Rotten egg #2: Trying to get answers to my problem with the sensitivity to perfumes is becoming a real hassle. Apparently, there was nothing on my test results to warrant further action in that area. Now they are going to set me up with an ear nose and throat specialist for allergy testing. She said that they are going to send me to the ENT because it would take months to get an appointment with an allergist. I just hope that this will get me some answers.
Rotten egg #3: I apparently have a knack for making people mad and pushing them away. Sometimes I know why they are mad at me and other times I don't. Either way, I seem to be getting very good at it without even trying. I've never set out to intentionally offend anyone so I guess I just have a talent for it. Who knew.

did your register your cell phone on www.donotcall.gov? after you do that if the same number keeps calling you can report them. will not help with the spammers but will with others. i have both phones on the site and don't get but a few. but i have not put my cell phone number on FB or Google , not even the bank. that is where they get the numbers, my theory anyway. i don't think it is you, there are just some people who get mad no matter what you do.. sorry you are fighting rotten eggs in your life

I can't remember what kind of phone you have...if you have an iphone, just block each and every call that comes in for numbers you do not know! I must have about a million numbers blocked now! I am afraid that the Do Not Call List is fake. Both my husband and I registered on that site years ago...and we still get tons of calls!
I am sorry you are having to put up with Rotten Eggs in your life...but I tend to agree with Hootin Anni...THEIR problem...not mine!!

Those phone calls are so annoying. Hope you can get rid of them. Hope you have a great week end with no weird phone calls.
All bad rotten eggs! Ever thought about carrying a small jar of Vicks with you? You can always put a thin amount under your nose and you would not smell the perfumes. My mom had to do that for awhile.
As for the calls, we get them and they are infuriating.
Perfume, I cannot use it any more as it brings me up in hives.

I too hate the spam calls. I get the same one from the IRS. Bless their hearts. I block them. It does help. The other thing is don't answer the phone if you don't recognize the number.
I don't think you're hard to get along with at all.

My cell phone rings all day with solar panel sales. CA has been making calls for 4 years now! We get them on our house phone all day too. Unfortunately there are those people in the world who spray so much perfume on themselves it is ridiculous. They never think of the people around them who may be sensitive. I hope someone finds the answers for you soon.
Interesting suggestion from Pam...We used to get nothing but spam/junk calls on our landline then I signed up for Nomorobo, which is free for landlines and that stopped them - now our landline never rings! They have an app for cell phones but you have to pay for that one. As for the people around you - you live in a small town with small minded people - you're better than the place you live!

I haven't got any IRS calls but I think I could have fun with them on that one! The calls I get are from some resort that I supposedly stayed at and won another trip to. I have them all blocked and it keeps them at bay for a few weeks before I get another one. So annoying!
I'm sorry you're having trouble figuring out what's going on. Can you ask the perfume offender to lay off the perfume and see if everything clears up? If she knows it's causing medical distress, she might be nice and stop wearing it all together.
I don't know who you've made mad but if they're mad and not talking to you about it so you can work it out, well good riddance!
So sorry these rotten eggs have been piling up Ann, the texts and calls on the phone are such a pain in the .... egg! ....; if it's any consolation you are not alone. And hope they can get some answers quickly in regards to your scent sensitivities, I find some perfumes actually take my breath away they are so strong and I'm sure having to deal with the public in your job means you get exposed to more than your fair share :O( As for the knack of making people mad, I'd say that the folks that are getting mad have the issue,not you!! Hope you get some answers on the sensitivities. Not sure it will come from mainstream medical.
Ugh. I share your rotten eggs...
#1 : www.donotcall.gov DOES NOT WORK. Most of the robo calls are computer generated and you will spend endless wasted time blocking. About the best you can do is NEVER pick up a call that you do not know who it is. Once you answer, you are marked for more robotic calls. Just delete the messages every so often. It's about all you can do.
#3: I'm like that too. I sort of don't really care anymore. If you like me, okay. If you don't...well...that weeds out the riff raff. Life is too short to care. And besides...I like you...and so do all these other people here. How many friends do you need? Hahaha!
