On the way home

When i was on my way home from getting my MRI I found a couple things to take pictures of while at stop lights. First I happened to drive by the
The building is looking a bit run down since i lived there. Of course that was back in 1982.

Next i was stopped in front of one of rhe firehouses just as a fire truck was coming out.
I was expecting sirens to come on and thought i would have to pull over. Apparently wherever they were going it wasnt an emergency

apartment I lived in for the first year after I first got married. We had an apartment on the top floor over a laundromat

What a nostalgic building! And the laundromat is still there. Wonder if they are still renting out the top apartments.

It's funny how rarely you see a fire engine leaving its station.

was your apartment in this photo or was it like this photo. it is a nice old building, only needs a spray wash and a little paint or new roofing. I have had them pull out with and without lights, quite a few times. our normal 2 miles here and there goes my two every time we leave.

The laundromat building looks like it has seen better days.

How cool to see a picture of where you lived long ago. I hate when buildings aren't updated or kept up. Those buildings are sturdier than anything built now.

Very nice and we came across a firetruck yesterday in a shopping area. I think they had stopped off for some supplies. Happy weekend!

That's pretty cool! Especially that it's still there. So much changes in towns these days.

I drive by the apartment complex we lived in when we were first married once in a while. It's kind of a pit hole now!

The old building looks nice. Glad there wasn't an emergency going on.
