An itchy situation

It seems I have a bit of an itchy situation here so mom took me to the V. E. T.
They gave me a pill, a shot in the butt and some yummy treats and ear scritches. They gave mom a bottle of drops and told her they were for me so she isn't supposed to take them. Then mom gave them lots and lots of green papers.
Mom is taking the night off from reading tonight, I think she might be a little upset about having to give away all her green paper. I wonder if she was planning on using that in her crafts? Anyway I don't know why she's so upset, I'm the one who has the sore butt.

Oh Duke...you know she isn't worried about her crafts and I'm sure she thinks you're worth all that green paper. But be nice to her....just in case! : )

PS. Sorry you have a sore butt!

Oh, what is the diagnosis? Well, the green papers are for a good cause, nothing can replace good health. And I'm hoping you will be getting some back at the craft show! You know I want to buy a cat and mouse!! Just let me know when you're ready.

Oh no - I'm sorry you aren't feeling well - what happened to your ear? And those green papers it's only money - who cares about it - right?

Duke, we're sorry you had to go to the vet and get a shot in the butt! That's not a fun way to spend the day at all but hopefully your itchies go away faster than your mom's green papers did. Purrs and crossed paws to you!

Owie! NOT about the shot, but for the money it cost Mommeh. Our kitty, Grace, got another bladder infection over the weekend--of course, it was on SUNDAY--so we had to pay $175 to see an emergency vet to get antibiotics.

You furry guys are expensive to keep healthy!!

Hope you are feeling better soon, pally. And I hope Mommeh recovers from the vet bill.

Gosh Duke, you were the big brave boy!
And I'm sure mommy is not at all worried about the green paper, but the fact her darling boy was a little under the weather xx

Maybe the vet told her that it is contagious?

Sorry about the shot Duke. No one likes them. And we all shell out the green stuff for our children. I think the four legged kids cost even more some times. I hope you both recover soon.

Poor Duke! Don't you hate going to that awful place? I have to go every now and then myself.

Just think of your mom walking in the door, you are happy to see her, then she pulls a syringe out of her purse and SHE sticks you in the butt with the needle! Yep, that's how I get my allergy injections. NOT fun!

Oh Duke, we are so sorry that you had to have a shot in the butt. Poor Mom, having her green papers go away. But if you are less itchy, that is good. No fun for anyone going to the vet. Hope you all have a really fun week end.
