What's the fuss?

What could possibly be causing all the commotion on my street today? Is there a fire somewhere?

Why no, it's the annual fair parade. It goes right by my house. Of course there were marching bands.

Not everyone can say that a smurf rode by their house on horseback and waved at them.

I'm going to work at 4:30 tomorrow morning so it's an early night for me. I may not get around to visiting all of you until tomorrow.

Everything is so red and cheerful! Well, of course the smurfs are blue and cheerful! Hope you get plenty of sleep tonight, 4:30am will come pretty quick! Wait a minute, tomorrow is Sunday, race day no less. Working should be forbidden!

How neat they come right by your house! Riding backwards on a horse looks really uncomfortable!

Everything is red, what is the significance of that? Great shots! The poor little horse is wearing a hat that blinds him!

Time for the fairs. Fairs mean a lot of people. Hence forth a lot of donuts have to be made. Sorry Ann.At least it is neat that you get to watch the parade right from your house.

It is very cool that the parade goes right by your house!

At least you-all are smart enough to hold your fair during a time when the weather might be more tolerable. The average temperature was around 102 when we had ours last month.

i am thinking it was confusing because the fire trucks were sliding off the road... LOL

How great to have a parade come right by your house. You don't even have to take off your slippers to watch.
