A Black Friday Prayer
After the boutiful Thanksgiving meal yesterday, I start this black Friday asking that I please be able to button my pants this morning and still be able to breathe. I also pray that the seams don't rip out during the day from the extra pounds I packed on stuffing myself yesterday.

I have an answer to your prayer, stay home from work and don't put on your pants... Like Duke, lay around in the sun puddles and wait for the food to disappear. of course if you stay home you might Eat Again...that could be a problem.
Glad you had a great turkey day - just catching up on my blog reading - and will have to try and make one of those fabric ornaments for our quilt guild holiday party in December.

I didn't overeat, but I did gain a half pound. It should be gone tomorrow. It was sure good though. We sent all the goodies out the door with family so the leftovers are gone. Thanks goodness.

That's why I didn't wash my jeans before Thanksgiving so there's still some leeway! Otherwise they probably wouldn't have zipped up today! :)
