It's actually my calcium tablet I take at bedtime but close enough.

early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. add in the calcium/vitamin and i should be a MAN, Healthy, Weathy and Wise but i am NOT so there you go...

I take the same tablet at night and I go to bed around 10. I don't have to get up to go to work though.

IF you ever have trouble sleeping, the combination vitamin (Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc) is REALLY good to take....Magnesium especially is a great vitamin to take... Cures lots of things... ALSO--I highly recommend Turmeric......

Heehee I love going to bed early and getting up with the sun! It makes me feel so productive.

Ha! As you know, Ann...I am totally the opposite! I go to sleep when the sun is rising! I see the sun rise almost every day.

Funny how life changes when I left the Corporate World! I have always been a night owl...even when I WAS working and a single mom...had to be up at 6...still didn't go to bed til 1 or 2.

I go to bed way too early some nights, then wake early.I always have a book next to me so I can fall asleep later and have something to read if I get up too early.

Rock on! I don't like going to bed too early but then I don't like getting up too early!
