It's a little on the dark side and the background isn't so hot. He was looking right at the camera though and he didn't look grumpy like he usually does.
A little playing around with the picture could make it better. I'll crop in closer, blur the background, lighten it all up, sharpen and give his eyes an extra little sparkle. Looks a bit grainy to me but I like the happy looking face.
