It's looking a lot like fall part 1

Saturday, I spent the last day of my vacation cleaning my house and putting out some fall decorations. Since the temperatures were only in the high 50's it seemed appropriate. I took a lot of pictures so I'm breaking this up into 2 posts.

Pumpkin votive candle holders on my kitchen window sill

A fall wreath hanging over the table by the front door.

A fall picture and a leaf bowl to drop my keys into when I come home.

My mantel. I temporarily took down the wolves to hang the wreath

On the left hand side next to the basket is a tart warmer that had a cinnamon scented wax tart in it. My house smelled really yummy.

I love it all! Your mantel is perfect, and beautiful! And the votive holder is so unique and pretty. I like the old lamp and the patchwork flower picture, too.

Great decorations, Ann. Over here the weather can't seem to make its mind up. You can feel autumn in the early morning and the days are getting shorter, but during the day it is still pure summer - very hot and humid. I'm so ready for a change.

this ol' rainy morning I am enjoying looking at your decorations. I wish I could do the smelly votives but they make me weepy. It's kinda cool here in MI too. Didn't comment when you wrote about your husband collecting change, but my husband did that too. He had a fetish about wheat pennies and I have a ton of them. I am glad they enjoyed doing it.

Looking oh so fallish. Your temps sound delightful to me. It is still hot and humid down here in s.e. FL.

Have a great week dear Ann ~ FlowerLady

You know I'm not a 'decorator' but I do admire your seasonal decor, really nice without being overwrought, overdone and ootsy-cutesy. But then - You're creative, I'm not. Well done, warm and welcoming.

Have a fabulous day. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ❤
