Since the ground is covered in snow this is a good time to show you a card that I made a few weeks ago. This one was a first attempt and didn't turn out as well as I liked. I ended up doing a second one that went out in the mail.
The front
The inside. This was a pop up card and I was kind of winging it from various directions I had seen. The trees and snowman were cut on my cricut.
After I get done work today I am off until January 2nd. I was surprised that I got 2 days off in a row this week too.

YAY YAY YAY for a stayvacation…. be sure to do what ever you want to do and don't do what you don't want to do. that is a real vacation day. I love the pop ups, if this was done wrong, I need to see what was right... this looks super to me

Great you have time off from work, Ann. I had the 25th off (yippee) and have been back at work ever since. I'll t take the 1st off and then it's back to work from the 2nd. Your card looks super to me.
Awesome work...so talented to make it a pop-up. I know I'd be STILL trying to figure THAT out. Enjoy your time off...you & Gibbs can make snow angels.

Well you were productive with the laundry and soup. That definitely counts! The card is so cute.
Ohhhh, I **LOVE** this card, Ann! I made a few cards this Christmas too but never got any pictures of them. They weren't nearly as pretty as yours. Hurray-hurray for "doing nothing days"! It is absolutely adorable! I have seen ones like this at stores for $10.00, and they were not even as cute as this one.

Thanks. The price of cards are crazy any more. Of course you can still find cheap ones at the dollar store but if you want a really nice one you have to pay a fortune. That's why I like making them

Down time is always nice. I totally agree, productivity is overrated...lol All work and no play makes Ann a dull girl.
