The first was a half sheet and they just wanted a white border and blue balloons along with the writing. I already had it in the container when I remembered to take the picture.
The other one was a quarter sheet cake and they wanted a brown border and brown flowers.

Brown is an unusual choice. I like what you did for both.
I did not think I would like brown, but I do, and I like it better than the white and blue.. your cakes are always beautiful..

Both are beautiful, but my first thought was what a strange color for flowers. But you know what, they are pretty.

Ann It's not always easy to avoid the temptation of munching.
I'm surprised I like the brown and green so much, but the person who ordered it knew what they were doing. Also, you picked a good shade of brown, that makes a huge difference.

CheerfulMonk, actually for the brown one the customer really didn't have anything in particular in mind. The girl who took the order started naming off colors and when she said brown the customer said yes, I want brown...lol
I'm laughing at the brown flowers! Wouldn't be my first choice but it looks nice. :)
Maybe the birthday boy liked chocolate and the buyers thought that it would work...and it possibly has. But both are vastly different to some you've had to decorate...
