the green is sure not the average, i am wondering if those colors have some kind of meaning to the 13 year old. you did what they asked for and did it perfectly.... i am loving the way you did the baloons
Lovely work as always dear Ann. I also thought that maybe the blue and green colors had something to do with the 13 year old, maybe favorite colors. Have a great weekend ~ FlowerLady

I agree, that green and blue is rather iccky looking.
Yes, the first one looks a lot nicer.
They're both works of art,no matter the colors used.
The blue and green cake does not look very appetizing but the one with the autumn colours is very inviting. ^^
I love that first...and I like both the green and the blue in the second...but I think ita strange color combo.

I like the green & blue. 😊
I love those fall colors....beautiful.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. They see what they see. I love both cakes. Love the fall colors.
Have a fabulous day and weekend, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

The green isn't my favorite but you do a great job decorating them!
Ann it's a mystery for sure, and you will probably never know - why this design and not that...
Nice cakes! The second one is different but not too bad looking. Little 8 year old Andrew must love green cakes!
The fall colors on that first cake look great!
And also, glad your super busy week is over and you finally got a break.
