Talking it over

Over the weekend I decided it was finally time that Duke and I had a talk about his behavior in front of the camera.

I explained that if he wanted to be a part of this blog that he was going to have to be more cooperative about having his picture taken.

He argued that I post all kinds of pictures and very few of them are of me. I cleverly countered with the fact that I was the one operating the camera, therefor I couldn't be in front of it.

He had to think about that one for a minute.

In the end, he made the decision to be a good boy and sit nice for the camera. But...

He said he couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't still get an occasional blurry shot.

  1. Well, like any "star" he doesn't like the paparazzi so you'll have to be a little more sneaky about getting shots of him :D

  14. I just love the last one with his head cocked. Our puppies do that, but I know that they are just acting like they are listening attentively. Whereas, I want to believe that Duke really is. He's got me suckered--hasn't he?

  16. Doesn't it make you feel good to win one occasionally? *Grin* You would think that someone with an Adorable Rating as high as Dukes would be more of a camera hound ;o)

  17. He did a good job this time. But I think sometimes it's his job to give you a few blurry pictures. It wouldn't be a challenge otherwise.
