Felt like springtime

Yesterday was such a glorious day. The sun was shining and just a light wind. At lunch time I went out to my car and sat with the door open, reading my kindle and enjoying the fresh air. When I left I drove by the bank and it said it was 63 degrees.
Duke and I inspected the back yard.
Not real pretty with it's trampled down grass, discarded and forgotten dogs toys and garbage blown in from who knows where.

No matter though, we enjoyed the feel of spring any way. There will be plenty of days ahead to clean up that yard.

It was lovely here too--except for the wind. Poor Hobbes was hunkering down in the mulch so he didn't blow away!

It's back to cold today. :(

Yep, it is almost tunneling season! (Our puppies keep insisting that they are just digging holes.)

It was a bit crisp here yesterday - lots of sun but a brisk wind - the windows were open because of the paining going on and I was freezing! Better today and then back to normal...I want to hear us all in July and August!

We'll be in the 70s starting Friday. I'm loving it too. Spring is just my favorite season. Everything comes to life again.

Have a terrific day. My best to Duke. :)

I've got my windows wide open and as soon as I get the phone call I'm waiting for, I'll go for a walk. Maybe. It's awful windy, I might just blow away!

We got that weather today and it was beautiful. I actually spent a fair amount of time hanging outside which I never do.

Your yard is green...so you're way ahead of me!

Our yard looks a whole lot worse than that. Tall weeds and all kinds of sticks etc. Time for us to get to cleaning the yard. Take care.
