Today Duke would like you all to join him as he does his yoga
To begin, lay on the floor and stretch your whole body out
Gently curve to the left
Breathe and relax
Now if you will excuse me I must go take a bath because my feets are really dirty

Wonderful lessons on how to relax!
Wow! It works. I feel so relaxed. Thanks Duke.

Don't you just wonder how they can lay on their bellies all stretched out like that! They all do that!!
Anyway, I feel relaxed looking at him!!LOL

yeah, well...if I get down on the floor like that, I'm not getting up!!
That looks like my kind of exercise. You do need to get those feet squared away though.
Have a terrific day Duke. My best to your mom. :)
LOL. Too cute :)
Duke is a good boy---doing his exercises.... I need to do that... I TRY (at least by walking) --but on these hot days, I don't do it as much as I should.
Hugs,
Betsy
made feel a bit more limber
Now that's the kind of yoga I can get behind.
Is Duke a relaxed fur baby? How did his feet get dirty when he's always in the pool? sandie

You have really good moves Duke! We're trying to relax so we appreciate the tips!
Duke is for sure more agile than I am!!!

That is adorable! What a brilliant idea. I will share this with my daughter who loves to crochet. I'm sure hers will be purple though.
I wish I could do those moves Duke! You're so flexible!
I can do the first one fine but I had to skip the second move Duke!
Duke has a new career as an athletic trainer!
