All you need is the right pillow

I changed my mind about taking the day off from blogging because I was really excited about telling you that the right pillow can make all the difference in the world.

Now maybe to some it won't make a difference but when you're on the short side to begin with you need all the help you can get.

A few strategically placed pillows (These are on the floor in front of a cedar chest that sits at the end of my bed)

And now Gibbs is on top of the world. Or should I say on top of the bed.

You should see him fly up and down his homemade ramp. He doesn't mind that I'm too cheap to buy him real pet steps. All he wanted was to be able to get up on the bed. Just look home grateful he looks.

Yes, I can see how pleased he is :) Plus the pillows are nice and soft for when he jumps off the bed!

OMG - I can't stand how cute he is. We bought steps for Miss Frankie so she could get into our bed - it's not so much that she is short but she is getting old and can't quite manage that huge jump (our bed is very high). Those pillows are a great arrangement and an alternate napping spot too. You are so clever.

I think I used sleeping with me so I would know when little ones needed to go outin the night. I wish I had stayed away from it sometimes, even little dogs can crowd you out.

I so remember this with our Little Bit. She was so tiny and just couldn't get on anything without help. This is brilliant and yes he's grateful.

Have a fabulous day my friend. Tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

Awww Gibbs is so very precious. Look at those eyes! He is one lucky dog to have pillows for steps, and what a great idea.
