The documented life project

I'm still sticking with the documented life project that they have going on over at Art to the 5th.

Art Challenge:  Writing
Journal Prompt:  Words with Friends

Both the art challenge and the journal prompt had me stumped for a bit since writing isn't my strong point and I'm pretty much lacking in the friend department. I pulled out some water colors and just randomly brushed them on the page for the background. The writing and doodles were all done on a piece of notebook paper then I cut out the sections and glued them to the page. It's a pretty simple page but I thought it looked ok.
Now I'm waiting to see what the next challenge will be

Good job...
...you seem quite trusting with family. THAT is what counts, isn't it? Friends do come and go, but family is permanent.

Friends thin out as we age, someday you may catch up with them again.

Hey Ann, What do you mean, doesn't blogging friends count? It looks like you have over 400. And Gibbs a loyal friend to the end!
I love that you are journaling. It is a great way to remember those special moments in life. Someday when we are old and our memories are fading away, we can pull out our journals and remember the good times.
Your blogging sister & friend,
Connie :)

Love this page! I was just thinking about friendship this past week. As long as I lived in Orlando, I only have about 3 or 4 friends there. I knew a lot of people that I met through my business or Kyle, but not many became real friends. And even if you are a friend to someone, they aren't always a friend in return unfortunately. After I went through my divorce I noticed that I was no longer welcomed to social events that I was welcomed to while married...hurt my feelings, but overall it really didn't matter. :)
Here in blog land there are so many good people, friends. :)
