FOLLOW YOUR HEART
by Faye Kilday
Although it’s been said many
times before
It’s a powerful message, so I’ll
say it once more...
Follow your heart, go wherever
it may lead,
Follow your heart and you’re
sure to succeed!
For when you follow your heart
and do what you love,
God gives you guidance and help
from above...
And things start to happen that
you never thought could,
And dreams come true... that you
never thought would!
So listen to what your heart’s
telling you
For that’s the path in life you
should pursue.
For God’s given each of us a
special part to play...
So follow your heart and you
won’t be led astray!

You are such a sensitive person and I like that so much. There aren't so many persons who like poetry but I do and I'm so pleased to discover it on your"home"-blog.

What a sweet birdy and lovely poem. I used to follow my head, now I follow my heart :)
That's a great sentiment - and good advice!
Following my heart got me to where I am today!...:)JP
What good advice and it does work. Love the poem. Good thing I don't follow my head, there isn't anything in that head of mine. That was great Ann. Take care and have a good week end. Hugs to that Duke.
Very nice.
I do a little of both ~ sometimes I follow my heart ~ sometimes I follow my head. My results are 50/50. :)
Happy Saturday Ann!

Very nice, my heart has lead me down wonderful paths
I think I do both and am usually aware if I'm following my head or my heart.
Have a terrific day. My best to Duke. :)
Beautiful - plain and simple.
Have a nice weekend,

sweet little bird, great shot. i follow my head the majority of the time, but i did follow my heart when i married bob and my head said no way. i do have an extra instinct though that helps me.
I love the heart path..love your header too! ;D
This is a really pretty poem. Most of the time I follow my head. When I met Craig and married him I followed my heart. I didn't think I would ever marry again. Most of the time men were just annoying! THH!
Wishing you a path filled with lots of love! Hugs, antonella :-)
Cute birdie! Is it metal?
Good question! But for me, I think it depends on the situation. Probably follow my heart more though.
That was a terrific poem and something I needed to hear just about now. Thank you for sharing it.
Lovely poem! I usually listen to my instincts but I'm learning to follow my heart more. It's tough to do sometimes!
I follow both depending on the situation. I think I'm right only about half the time though.
What a sweet little bird, I' do both but would love to control it more.
Beautiful bird, sentiment and poem. Thank you! :)
I try to follow my heart, but I must make sure that my mouth follows the brain.
I agree - we do have to follow our hears - but tell me - how do we find out what that is at times? sandie
Well said!
