Red Buttons

And a few other colors too

Of course Red Buttons made me think of the comedian so I had to go search You Tube. A lot of faces in this video that I haven't seen in ages. These guys sure had fun.

I love the cat button! Surely you aren't old enough to remember Red Buttons??? I used to love him!! Wonder why he always did that little thing with his hand over his ear??

Red Buttons was one of my father's favorite comedians. Great video. Brought back so many memories. Hope all of you have a great weekend. Take care.

One can NEVER have too many buttons, red or otherwise!

Loved the video. Red Buttons was a natural stand up comic. His never had a dinner routines were always one of my favorites.

Have a terrific day. My best to Duke. :)

Those "never had a dinner" jokes are still funny. But I remember Red Buttons first as a dramatic actor in "Sayonara" for which he won an Academy Award as best supporting actor - if memory serves me right.

And your photos are nice too!

Hi Ann...computer problems kept me away for a while so I have just been having a read through your post. These are lovely buttons. We always used to play with the button box when we were kids....none quite as elaborate as this but we loved them anyway...in fact since I have left home my Mum let me have it for my children to play with. I guess it just proves you don't have to spend a fortune no matter what the media try to tell you!

I love buttons of all kinds! They add so much to any craft or sewing project.

Funny because when I saw your title the first thing I thought of was the comedian. Am I showing my age?
