A lot of nothing.

I've got nothing for today. I was going to post about the fact that we had snow on Tuesday and it looked more like January than April. Unfortunately, my computer is being difficult and doesn't want to read my card to transfer the pictures.

That means it's back to the archives to see what I can find.

Ages ago I purchased a program called Dazzling Reflections. All it really did was make kaleidoscopes but there were lots of templates that you inserted your photos into to make them. I was a bit obsessed with it for a while. I remember at the time I was also into the digital scrapbooking and belonged to a group somewhere. People were rating each other's blogs and giving advice. One lady who gave her opinion on mine said that I needed to learn to stay on topic and only talk about digital scrapbooking. Also shorten my posts because people were there for the freebie, not to read my ramblings. Thirdly she told me to stop with the kaleidoscopes already. She was brutally honest but I really didn't mind because I had asked for honest opinions. These were some of the kaleidoscopes that had appeared on my blog.

I do wish spring would arrive in your area!!!
The kaleidoscopes are gorgeous. Many years ago, I remember my husband doing something similar with many of his flower photos.

I don't mind your 'rambling on' one bit! A blog, to me, is like a daily/weekly diary! Being that, there is more than ONE subject to talk about in the time frame!! Tell her to get a life!!

That one edit of the daisy looks like a hairy bunch of sunny-side up eggs (the hen that laid 'em needs prozac)...NOW I'm the one that needs to get a life.

i am having trouble typing because Annis comment has me rolling on the floor with laughter. i came to comment that the last one was my favorite. and it odes look like eggs laid by hens on Prozac and we need to send a Prozac pill to the lady that made the comment. i can't believe what people say in comments, if she did not want to read it then get the freebie and move on...from one rambler to another, keep on rambling. also my computer quit reading the card 2 years ago, i have to use a usb cord to get them out of my camera and for my phone or tablet i upload to google, let me know if you need to know how, once it is set up they auto post to google and you can see them any device

Ouch. Well, she was to the point, wasn't she? I disagree with her...I think blogs were always more interesting when they had other topics than just one. I wonder if HER blog is still around these days???

Well, I guess if you asked it was OK for her to give her opinion. For my part, I follow the blogs I follow because I like them. I write on my blog for me. I can unfollow other blogs and anyone can unfollow me and all is good in the world.

I like you just the way you are :)

I love your posts. Say what you want. I'll read your posts. That lady wasn't very nice. Just because you asked for honest opinions that's no excuse to be rude.

Have a fabulous day, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

Now that is interesting....I like. I have a program that I purchased, my first one called Photo Explosion. I love it. It is great for digital scrap booking. Not done any in a while but when someone was retiring at the TBI I would do them one of pics that were taken at events. I helped the bureau photographer out when he could not be there cause he was on a case. But then again when my unit had a bday or something I was always with camera. The agents used NIKONS like mine so I always had one handy.
