I have never tried looking at Facebook for inspiration! But I really liked it when I saw you had posted it there. I was watching a true crime documentary the other day. A girl wore sandals with socks to a dinner with her boyfriend and his parents. He hated it, got really mad and made her sit in the car through the meal. Awhile later, he killed her.
oh my, hope no one kills you over socks with sandals. that is common down here. I don't have split socks like yours because I can no longer walk with the thongs, but I do wear socks with my slip on sandals on cool days, that would be about 6 days a year. LOL.… ha ha on the ducks bill.
Way back in the day I had a friend whose older sister used to wear socks with her flip flops in the summer - those were the days when there was no such thing as split socks made for wearing like that - always gave us a chuckle and, of course, we thought we were much more hip than she. A joke is a good way to start the day. ^^
I have a friend in TX that wears flip flops that way! I just can't do that - it's either just socks or flip flops but not both! I prefer to wear flip flops on the beach anyway.
I wear socks with sandals around the house, only very occasionally out. They are good for my poor old feet, and that counts for a lot. I'm old enough to wear purple with a red hat that doesn't match!
What a funny joke! And no...I hardly ever even wear socks! lol I wear them with my hiking shoes and that's about it! Will be in the 80s this weekend...no socks needed!

I couldn't do the sock and sandal thing. I just couldn't do that.

Wow, I know socks with flip flops is a fashion fail but I wouldn't think it would be reason to kill someone.
No socks with sandals for me and I don't know how anyone could wear them flip flops.
