I saw a bunch of crows out in the back yard the other day and instantly thought of all the times Wade told me about the crows he would feed at work. I heard the same story over and over again. I would say I know, you told me this already and he would continue on any way. When I saw those crows I said "There's your crows Wade, remember how you used to feed them?" Then I went for my camera and of course most of them were gone when I got back. I did spot just one up in the top of the dead tree
Then I just started to take pictures of the sky because, well, I like to take pictures of the sky.

I imagine this memory and the crows would have made you so sad, it is sad to me. But in a way, it is a beautiful memory, too. Thank you for it.
I like sky pictures, too...and that p e of the crow is nice too!
Such a nice memory for you - perhaps the crows came for a visit to trigger this memory. ^^
I am laughing inside because I listen to the same stories over and over, stories I heard 34 years ago are still being reepeated. I am trying to decide if I am telling him the same stories over and over. I LOVE taking sky photos. sometimes I stand in the back yard and snap a dozen sky pics. since they look like the ones I have taken year after year, I delete them or show one or two and then delete. keep snapping. boy the crows around here are LOUD... they say ha ha ha a lot and there are hundreds of them at one time
I love crows and I too, take far too many photos of the sky...
Feeding crows isn't something we do. We tried that and they get very aggressive. Kind of scary. They are very smart birds.
Have a fabulous day, Ann. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
Crows here are considered pest...love the photos though♥️

They are camera shy, but really smart. they are said to bring you wisdom, and by the sound of it, bit of happiness.
Hi Ann, I'm sure there are many things that bring Wade to your thoughts . . . memories are a good thing. I love that you always have your camera handy and share your photos with us.
Wishing you a wonderful first day of spring; may it bring sunshine to those cloudy skies.
Connie :)
So long as the memories are good ones they don't make me sad.
Whenever I would see them out in the yard I would ask Wade if they followed him home from work looking for more food
The sky is a good subject since it's always changing
Apparently the ones that Wade used to feed at work would come almost all the way up to him so lons as he was the only one out there.
They aren't my favorite bird but he liked them
Well I wonder where my wisdom is, I don't think they left me any
Hurray for cameras! Thank you. :)
Sweet memories.
