To skip or not to skip.
That was the question for the night. I really don't have anything to post about. My day off consisted of some cleaning and running to the drug store for a refill on my prescription. The only other thing I did was try to beat the heat. The temp was high 80s with a real feel in the 90s. It's supposed to be even hotter today. I used to love this weather but the older I get, the less I like it. Fall is my new favorite season.

Yep, summer is #4 on my list of favorite seasons. *bleh* Winter is #1 with me, followed closely by autumn. I think spring is #3 because it does nothing but remind me that summer is not far behind. Love, Andrea xoxo

Summer is my least favorite season. I have no energy! Theo is missing his longer walks, too.
Summer has always been my least favorite time of the year and that includes my childhood and all the years that I've been alive. I always lived in the South and summer just met heat and it was really bad because all we had was fans and no air conditioning and even now that I have air conditioning I still don't like summer. See if you had skipped I wouldn't be able to vent about summertime
Fall has always been my favorite...just something about it. Been in the 90's here, but this morn is 80's...supposed to have couple more days in the 80's and then back in the 90's...YUK!
Oh Ann, I can always MAKE UP something to blog about!! haha. Going to the store I will take pics of signs, strange things I see, etc so there is my post! haha....Hang in there and stay in and cool. We are hitting 95 as a high today and a feels like at 102-103....Crap, my butt is staying in. I even make Lily come in off the deck when it is that hot.
Thanks for posting! Fall has always been my favorite season... summer has always been my least favorite. Take it easy, and please post, even if it just says, "Hi." Or "Hi, working on staying cool." We love the connection.
It's winter in New Zealand, this year it's all over the place! One day it will start with frost/fog and then sun - followed by high winds/heavy rain by early evening...next day just "blah" no sun!
North of my city - like 200kms away huge rain storms in the weekend with cars being dragged off roads into creeks, and flooded basements all over the place.
I agree, the older I get the less I enjoy the heat!
