I stopped for gas the other day. I put my card in and it asked for my zip code. For some reason I put it in wrong. I tried to clear it and start over but it said to see attendant. I start to go inside, realize I don't have my mask, go back and get it and head back inside to prepay.
You'll notice the pump says $2.59 a gallon. What are you paying where you live?

We have been paying from 2.11 to 2.15....that sounds like me typing something in wrong like with a password
I'm not exactly sure, but it's over $2 a gallon.
Here it's less than $2 per gallon. Texas is a big oil state. I have slid my card in the wrong way & the pump tells me to see attendant. I just wait and retry...AFTER I put the card in correctly. Blond roots.
Sometimes I seriously hate those pumps! I paid $1.86 yesterday for gas. I am loving our prices right now.
Back in the day, someone would pump your gas AND wash your window. I remember how Mitzi, our standard schnauzer, would go berserk and try to bite the squeegee through the windshield.
We don't have a car but I checked with "gas buddy" and in my area gas is between $1.93 and $2.05...
Most of the gas here is $2.09 a gallon but I pay less than that because I buy at Walmart. The last time I bought it was $2.01. I do what Andy does sometimes I screw up at the gas pump and then I just pulled the card out wait a second and then try it again. I did that in the drugstore yesterday picking up a prescription and had to start over put the wrong PIN number in
Last time I filled up it was $1.99. I haven't checked since but wouldn't be surprised if it went way up!
I live in California so everything is expensive. I gassed up the other day and it was $3.35 a gallon.

Chicago is the highest in the nation routinely due to the heavy extra taxes. I imagine that is only going to get worse now after the election. *sigh*

Ours is $2.39 at the moment, I'm sure the election will have an effect on prices . . . we'll see. At the moment I have a full tank, so that's good :) I hate going inside, not just because of the virus, but I have always hated going inside unless I needed to purchase something else.
I think the last time I got gas I gave.....crap I don't know. I will be filling up before heading on road trip this weekend and I will you know....haha
Our cars both take premium. The lowest we can find is $3.29 a gallon.

Cynthia, I remember the good old days.Remember when you got free gifts with a fill up too? I always hated pumping my own gas so until the last of the full service stations went out of business I was having them pump it for me.
Grace I like those gas apps where you can find the cheapest price. For us I would have to go over to Ohio

Lin Pennsylvania has a high gas tax as well and we are generally higher than all the surrounding states
Andrea, I guess I'm not alone because when I'm on register at work I frequently see customers get to the door then turn around to go back and ge their masks.
Pam. The nice thing for me is that I really only need to get gas maybe once a month or so. I don't go through that much.
I just filled up to hit the road tomorrow...$2.09. Go figure, the Pres filled up yesterday an hour West of here and paid $1.79!!!...:)jp
