The frost is on the pumpkin

I didn't actually see any frost on any pumpkins but I did see the frost on my windshield the other morning when I went out to go to work
I'm just not ready for mornings when I have to scrape the windows before I leave. Maybe I should ask Santa Claus for an automatic car starter

What a miserable start to your day! I know in the winter, you appreciate your days off even more.

I think that is an excellent idea. I told Riger I need to start parking in the garage again...

I don't mind the frost, but having to scrape car windows before work is a pain. Hey...at least we aren't shoveling yet, right? I like this time of year when the neighborhood is quiet and you don't really see neighbors anymore. It's a nice break...even if you like your neighbors. And I like the break from yard work. Pros and cons with every season!

We had some frost already. Today the high will be near 70 then it will go back to being cold. Oh well, it's what happens this time of year.

Have a fabulous day off, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

Our weather here is quite cold, not only that, but when my wife came in from outdoors this morning, she said there was a light dusting of sleet coming down. Hopefully my mask won't freeze. I have a hard enough time with my eyeglasses fogging up.

Regardless of the weather, I hope you'll have a pleasant day.

It's nice to meet you!

Yeah I've already scraped frost a few times in the morning. My car doesn't have a remote start either!

Years ago, when my husband started working here in Maryland, he was issued an ID badge on a chain to wear at work. Those old badges were really popular with everyone because they were made of metal and were good for scraping ice off windshields. Later, the govt switched to plastic badges. It's a good thing we stopped getting heavy snow at the same time. Now all we get is a "wintry mix." It usually melts away by 10 AM.

oh noooooooooooo what you need is a handy fairy who deals with all - as you stride out to the car, and drive off to work - maybe Santa could bring you a remote controlled warm garage for you and your vehicle...
