It's been awhile since I've posted any cake pictures. Cake orders have been pretty slow at the store lately. I did do one last Wednesday though. You might remember me complaining about the customer last year who wanted five different colors. This was her ordering again which is why it has so many colors on it

You chose the right colors, and they all create a beautiful whole look.
I'm guessing orders are low because not as many people are having parties now because of Covid.
I see that we DID have the exact same title for our posts!! The odds of that happening must be astronomical. What with you working in so many positions right now, it's a good thing there are not many cake orders.
It's VERY pretty!!
A real treat for a Sunday morning!
Thank you!
Great job Ann, it's beautiful!
You do beautiful work...but honestly think it would be prettier with just one color of the roses.
This looks yummy!
I just can't get the roses, mine don't look right...haha. Anyway that is pretty. That is a lot of colors to put together as roses but hey, its all about what the customer wants and likes. Right? You and I are around the same age and I am sure you were taught like I was taught, customer is always right!! By the way, Happy Bday to Betty White today, she is 99.
It's very pretty with all those colors! I think I would want a lot of colors on my cake, too!
I wish I had some pix of the cakes I decorated when I took a class...LOL! You'd be rolling in the isles!!...:)jp
I'm always fascinated by the leaves - I think I'd like a cake decorated with just those leaves...
At least you know your customer was happy last time around, if she ordered again this year, eh? I can see why... this cake is gorgeous, Ann!! ~Andrea xoxo
It's beautiful, but for your sake I'm glad that customer doesn't order very often. I'm sure it made the recipient feel loved and valued, which is something.
Well I think it is pretty and I love all of the flowers.
Whatever the cake was made of - and of course the decoration - from last year, must have been a "hit" as they have returned - and a great job you have done...
