I started my day off as planned. Coffee, computer and all my blog friends right there in front of me.
I took Anni's advice and did the household chores early. I got started about 7:30. I did laundry, vacuumed & mopped and cleaned up the kitchen.
That pretty much just left goofing off for the rest of the day. I had a project that I started last Monday that I wanted to finish. It's made from 2 wood trays and a plastic coat hanger.
Tomorrow I'll show you the finished project.
Aside from all that I played some games on my phone, watched some tv, and started another craft project. All in all, it was a pretty good day off.

Sounds like my kind of day. Get the chores done first while you have the energy, then do whatever you feel like the rest of the day. I remember one time you showed us your craft items and had us guess what you were making with them. This is fun, and I am really stumped about what this could be. I am thinking maybe a bird feeder?

Me and my computer are best buddies, I love nothing more than to sit in front of it with my crochet and a mug of coffee and play, I play cards for a bit, then I might listen to a podcast, do a bit of crochet etc, I love it. Only problem is when I get up, because of my arthritis I can't walk, lol

first things first. I love the cup. I love the bent lip and the big handle, those are the two things my cup must have. I can't think of anything that could be made from these three things. you know I am waiting with bated breathe...

I like to get my chores done first thing and then see what I can do for the rest of the day. Hopefully we always have time for some fun!

Sounds like a great day off! A little bit of work and a lot of fun! I too like to get my chores done in the morning. Get them out of the way and then just enjoy the rest of the day :)

If I don’t start early on my chores, chances are I won’t get them done. My energy level is always best in the morning. I saw your other post. I love what you did.
