A handmade gift

There was something that I made for Amanda for Christmas that I couldn't show on the blog until I had given it to her. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it before I wrapped it. I thought I would try and get a picture while she was opening it.

Well I got her reaction to it but you really can't see it.

Now she's checking it out but you can only see the top.

Finally I had to ask her to send me a picture of it. This was a glass block that I added the vinyl design to and then put lights inside of it.

I love it! This is one of my favorite things you've ever made. Where did you find the glass block and she looks so happy with it you did capture her reaction

LOVE THIS!! I have a beat up old glass block that my daughter made in scouts years ago...and it is a GREAT way to have a little light somewhere at Christmas. I need a new one though....wink, wink. :) Are you going to make some of these to sell? I think they would go like hot cakes!
