I'm taking the night off. I'm going to clean out my email and schedule this post then I'm taking the rest of the night to do something else. I could blame it on the stormy weather but the simple fact is I just don't feel like it today.
I'm leaving the dandelions to keep you company though.

I'm feeling like taking a night off too. I hope you enjoy your evening off! The dandelion photo is lovely!
have a great night away, Sis!
You didn't really take the day off, because you talked to us and gave us a pretty picture. My love of dandelions is legendary, and I have a post coming up on it! Have a good night!
Have fun!
Ah, Choo! sorry to hear your area had rain. We're in the Delaware Valley had two gorgeous days in a row.
good night!
Have a nice evening, Ann.... BUT--I'll let you KEEP that Dandelion... We do everything we can to get rid of them in our yard.... ha
Hugs,
Betsy
That photo is just one big smile!
That's a terrific photo! Unfortunately, we have a lot of those little guys in our yard :)
I hope you have a relaxing evening!
Everyone should take the night off once in a while away from them puters.. hehhehehee.. thanks for leaving such a pretty yellow to keep us company!
What a lovely photo. You did more today than I did last week in my blog :)
Well I suppose we can let you off the hook just this once (I'm betting Catherine will have a low grade urge to weed your post though *giggle* ;o)
On your time off, you and Duke would do well to go out and pick some Dandelion buds before they bloom. For they taste just like morel mushrooms when flour-battered and deep-fried.
Great job Ann. I kind of did the same thing. Only thing I decided to do a post and ramble on a bit.
Lovely pic! I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds dandys attractive. I know they can be a big pain to most, but at this stage they're actually cheerful, especially when I drive by a whole field of them. Then I don't feel the need to go dig them all out. :)
thanks for the "company" I really enjoyed it. i am not on here at night anyway, i do my blogging from 6 am to 3 pm and rarely get on after that so i did not know i had company during then night until NOw. beautiful shot.
Thanks friend ~ but I have plenty of my own! :)
xo Catherine
I hear 'ya!
Hope you rested!

We are currently experiencing storms and rain, plus it's cold again...I didn't get all that much done today :(
Oh well. Have a fab weekend!
Everyone needs a break now and then.
We are going to the island this weekend so I'll be out of the loop until Tuesday. Just thought you should know since I'm always over here when you post.
Have a terrific day and weekend. My very best to Duke. :)
I love dandelions. They are highly underrated...great photo!
Lovely pictures Ann - but the eyes of the bird do look a little strange. There is a magpie that comes into my garden with one eye very similar to this and he cannot see out of it. He only has sight in his other eye.
