It's beginning to feel a lot like winter

It was snowing yesterday. Cold and snowing. It wasn't sticking to the ground but it was snowing. Snow is in the forecast for today as well. As of right now while I prepare this post to publish in the morning there still is no snow on the ground.

Gibbs had his trusty Steelers fleece on when he went out yesterday.

Since you can't see any snow on the ground I enlarged the picture so you could see that Gibbs does have snowflakes on his head.

I am not ready for this stuff.

I'm not ready for much snow either! A little bit is interesting, but then it should stop.

Cold, wet and here to stay a couple days for us ...No Snow Tho. (Predicted to drop into the 30's next week).

I'm never ready for snow any more. Did sweet Gibbs hesitate at the door when he got a whiff of the cold air?

I like to see snow gently falling - I call it Christmas Eve snow - and I like snow but do not like copious amounts of it. I figure if it's going to be cold there might as well be some snow on the ground - that way I'll dress appropriately. :)

Looks like Gibbs is well dressed for the snow. You all have a super day.

I think we have some snow in the near future...I still get thrilled with it, but then I dread it, too. Does Gibbs mind it?

I would never be ready for snow. It's pretty from afar though.

Have a fabulous day and weekend, Ann. Big hug to you and an extra treat for Gibbs. ♥♥♥

Gibbs looks so cute in his little jacket. :)

We had snow on Halloween and there is the constant threat of more. I guess that is just how it is going to be for a bit. *sigh*

I'm not ready either! It's below average temps right now and I hope this isn't a forecast of things to come! I already can't wait for Spring!

CheerfulMonk, the older I get the less I like winter. I think the snow would be easier to deal with though if I didn't have to go out in it to get to work.

Anni, Gibbs doesn't really mind the cold as much as he does the heat. He went right out no problem. The only time he really hesitates is when it's real deep

Marg, Yes, Gibbs is definitely ready

Sandee, yes, snow is much prettier in pictures than it is in real life...lol

Lin, it's been cold but this was the first snow so far this year. Yeah, we're going to be stuck with this kind of weather for a while

Ginny, hope your storm isn't too bad.

Shery. thanks.

I wouldn't know how to cope with "snow"...the closest we get to snow, and not alwaays in the winter is heavy hail. We've had some hail just recently - it's now Late Spring here...
