A tisket a tasket

I made a little paper basket. This was a free cut file from Simply Crafty SVGs

This has got to be the most boring long weekend ever. I wish I could say I've been putting the time to good use but so far that's not happening. I've watched a lot of tv and spent a lot of time on the computer. I did go to my daughters yesterday since she invited me over for dinner.

I love this, really cute and great for a small gift ..love the colors also... I just told Bob a few minutes ago that I feel like a bird in a cage. of course I CAN open the cage and go out, but have to stay in. this has made the time drag. we have nothing to break the boredom, at least we are not trapped in a house with whining children...

That is so cute. I must say, if you are like me, any other time you would have been thrilled to be home a couple days in a row but just knowing you can't get out and go makes you want to.

The days seem like weeks right now. We always want the things we can't have. Happy Birthday a day late Ann, keep makin' stuff.

Boredom can be a blessing when it's the first step to being creative. Trust yourself that the urge to create doesn't have to be forced. The doldrums are just part of the process -- it's a lot more fun when we're patient and wait for inspiration to strike. \

Sweet basket!

Ginny, thanks. I'm pretty sure I'll just keep this.

Anni, thanks, I went for spring colors

Grace, thanks

cynthia thank you,

CheerfulMonk boredom is one thing but boredom with restrictions is another. Normally I would just go out and find something to do but I can't do that which is making this so much worse
