An offer I couldn't refuse

The plan for Saturday was to stay home and get some cleaning done. That was until I got a text from my son.

Well an offer like that doesn't come along very often so you know I jumped on that.

I couldn't help taking a quick little video of Presley. Her lunch was popcorn chicken and fries. You'll see in the video that her favorite part is the ketchup. Oh and the giggles you hear over the background noise are mine.

I'm pretty sure that after work today I'll be plopping on the couch and taking a nap. I'm already looking forward to that. I hate it when we lose an hour. Especially when I have to get up at 4:00 a.m.

She's priceless! A great use of a day. I'm sorry about daylight savings time for you --- that sucks.

Hi Ann, that was a much better option than cleaning. Great family bonding and an outing for you. Hope you catch up on your hour. Jo

she is a doll baby, so happy for you the text came in and saved you from housework on your day off... she is growing up so fast. love the finger dipping in the catsup... what was she watching on the ipad..

Oh my...Lorelei would sure want to bring her home..she is so cute. I am with Anni...hate the time change.

What a cutie. What I hate about the time change is my incessant calculating what time it was yesterday. This goes on for a couple days. And since family in AZ don't change I have to re-calculate that too. It's as bad as when it rains in winter and thinking 'imagine how much snow this would be'. haha.

She is adorable and better than any day at home cleaning. I love to hear children when they are in good moods. The spring forward time change throws my inner clock off quite a bit. I don't mind the time change, but I just find that I don't adjust well to the spring one.

Clearly the ketchup is the main course! And she is very careful and deliberate, not at all messy. What a wonderful day this turned out to be for you!

What a great surprise! I'm glad you got to spend some time with them today. :)

CheerfulMonk It was a great way to spend the day

Jo, you are so right.

Anni, the time change is seriously stupid

Gayle, there really doesn't seem to be any purpose for the time change and I don't know why they don't just stop with it

Carol, oh yeah, way better than cleaning

Ginny, She does love her ketchup

Lin, yes, it sure was. It made my day
