A busy day
Because of the shortage of people at work, there are two days a week that I not only do my job but also take on the role of store manager for part of the day. Those days are Sunday and Wednesday. Yesterday, playing both those roles and having two cake orders added onto my day, it had me hopping. I was tired by the end of the day but the nice thing is being busy makes the day go by really quick. So here are the two cakes that I did yesterday. The first was a full sheet cake

Oh I love that birthday cake! I wish I could eat cake...a sugar free cake is just not the same! lol
I came to realize years ago that baking a cake is doable, however, decorating it is not my thing! Never learned to do those silly roses.
True, busy days can make the day go by faster. The cakes look great!
