One flew over the cuckoos nest

The title of that movie pretty much sums up why I haven't been around in a few days. Without going into all the boring details I'll just say that the weekend did NOT go as I had intended. Hopefully though, things will start to get back to normal now. Even my internet connection went a little screwy over the weekend. I did visit all of you but had so much trouble leaving comments that I didn't try most of the time. I think that problem has also been taken care of.

I haven't picked up my camera in days, if you can believe that. No new pictures of Duke, which he is probably very grateful for the break.

Last Thursday I sat down with the intentions of doing nothing more than doodling. Somehow, it turned into this.

I called it "Follow the unknown"  I have a couple other things I did over the weekend too that I'll be sharing with you some time this week.

I love the doodle - COOL! I'm sorry you had one of "those" weekends; I sure hope things get back to a better place for you soon. Have a hug, girl! :o)

I'm sorry your weekend didn't go as planned. Sometimes that happens and you just have to roll with the punches. Looks like that's what you did. Good for you.

Have a terrific day and my best to Duke. :)

My week will not be going as planned! What is it about computers? Aren't they supposed to make life easier? Mine needs to go in for some fine tuning too. Will take it in tomorrow. I will probably feel naked without it :)

I haven't been dropping and visiting the past week too. Some things bugged me and I just didn't have the mood to do anything... sigh. Hoping for better things this week *fingers' crossed*

You call that a doodle??! That's splendid! Love the texture.

I miss Duke... haha

Jen, thanks, a better place would be nice :)

Sandee, and some times it's sort of like stop, drop and roll....lol

Audgrey oh no, I couldn't live without my computer, at least I had mine just shut off partially from the internet which was bad enough

Nessa yeah, that's what my problem was I just didn't have the mood to do anything. I did nap a lot seemed like the only thing I had the energy for. I'll get Duke back to blogging soon :)

Ann, you have got to start selling your art. I'm serious, this "doodling" of yours is fantabulous!!!

Here's wishing you a great week ahead. Oh, and give Duke an extra treat from me.

Me-Me, thank you very much. Now if I only knew how to go about doing that I might give it a try

Hope your week goes much better than your weekend! I agree that you should sell your "doodles" cause they really are wonderful! You could always sell on Etsy!

Sorry you had such a sucky weekend, but I have to say that I love the new "doodle" you posted. Have you ever tried to sell them on Etsy? I bet you could make a killing...

I didn't get much done this weekend either especially nothing online. I did manage some cleaning and family visits and babysitting in between nothing. I like your doodle reminds me of a wheat field in the middle of no where.
