Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, my department at work makes pepperoni balls. We sell them for $2.99 for a bag of 6. I make 15 bags for a total of 90 pepperoni balls. These are baked pepperoni balls, not deep fried. Although I do occasionally make the deep fried ones as well.
Yesterday I get to work and find a note saying that a customer will be calling to order 250 pepperoni balls for Friday. The note said that they took out a case of italian bread dough in case I wanted to make them the day before. So the total pepperoni balls made at work yesterday was 340. I ended up being there an extra hour to get everything donel
I'm sick of looking at pepperoni balls.

Oh my gosh, Ann!! That's a LOT of pepperoni balls. Of course I'm not telling you anything you don't know, am I?!?! Care to share the recipe? Lovingly, Andrea xoxo
I would be sick of it to but I sure wish I had one for my breakfast. YUMMMMM.. hope you get paid OT for that extra hour... wonder what in the world they will do with that many of them
Makes you sort of want to throw them at someone? haha...that is a lot of balls! Sorry...hoping I am making you smile a bit. But I would be over it also.
Oh my goodness, a lot of people are going to enjoy your hard work. Those rolls sound yummy. Will you be sharing the baked recipe?

What the heck is a pepperoni ball? Tho I can guess. I’ m Italian, from NYC and I have never heard of a pepperoni ball tho I suspect there is something in my kitchen memory that might almost be the same.
Oh my, that's a lot of pepperoni balls. They sound delicious!!!
I want a dozen. sounds yummy
They look amazing! I have never even heard of pepperoni balls. I so much wish I could taste one!! And I don't know how you managed to make them all so consistent and alike. I am drooling!
Yikes, I would be tired of looking at them too. I'm glad you're done with them for now.
Have a fabulous day and tomorrow is your day off. Hug to you and scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
it's just bread dough wrapped around pepperoni and mozzarella cheese
Yep, it sure is a lot of balls...lol

They are and we sell a lot of them. I honestly prefer the deep fried ones to the baked but both are good
the consistancy comes from many years of practice
I'll be making more again next Tuesday just not quite that many
Wow-----that's a lot of Pepperoni Balls.... Guess people (who buy a lot) use them as goodies for parties.... I'd love them I'm sure. Never had one... Think I would prefer the deep fried one... BUT--these do look so good...
Have a great weekend.
Hugs

I've never seen these before, wish I could try one :)
Omg that's a lot! I would never want to look at another one again! They do sound really yummy though - I''ll have to make them some time. :)
It is a lot but it wasn't as bad as I made it sound...lol I'm actually kind of hoping that they make it a regular thing. This season is just about over but hopefully next year they'll keep us in mind.
