Welcome to 2020
Wow, here we are in a brand new year and a brand new decade. I don't do resolutions because I never stuck with them but it's a good time to reflect on things that could be improved on and where you want to go in the new year.

I like this, both lists. on the bottome list, I am happy to say only 3 of those that I don't do. 5, 7 and 8. all the rest I already do.
Happy New Year! I will be taking several of those suggestions to heart. Some say rather than resolutions; choose a word such as 'kindness'. It's easier to remember a word than a paragraph. However these days even a word flees quickly-haha.

these are good lists! And for the most part, I do the things listed. The thing I am the worst at is other people's names; can never remember any of them. I hope you have a wonderful year!!

I'm not trying to work with phrases but rather work towards better balance using the best choices I can muster. I usually select a word - but no particular word is beating my drum...
