Amanda was worried about Milo with the Christmas tree. She gradually introduced the tree into the house and was pleasantly surprised when he did very well and was a good kitty.
Then aa few days later I get a text saying Milo was a bad boy. He was leaping into the tree and had 6 ornaments off that he was batting around the room.
Sometimes the temptation is just too great and you have to give into it.

I can see why it would be too tempting for a cat.
Aww he’s cute! I have been watching YouTubes of kitties and trees. I can understand why Amanda was concerned. And then I read your second paragraph. Oh boy!
Hahaa...I say that every day!
He's adorable!

I was a bout to say put the tree higher because that is what i would do, but second thought is no tree can go high enough to be away from a cat. my friend got her cat on Christmas eve and never had another tree after that. I helped her hang a beautiful lighted wreathe the second year, on the wall, ha ha on us, Moses destroyed it...i love this photo, it is so beautiful and cozy and makes me feel happy looking at it
When our last kitties were little, I spent a small fortune on unbreakable ornaments! Cats just cannot resist..
I started to put the tree up this year but knew immediately that Binx was going to do a lot of bad cat shit so I didn't. I'm hoping by next year when he's a little over two that he'll be calmer. It's just SO much temptation for some cats. That is a really cute picture.
I really have to smile, but Amanda certainly doesn't.
A warm greeting to you.
Stollen are baked here in large numbers... if you know Stollen (Christmas Stollen)? Do you bake them too?
A happy Advent greeting to you from Viola
I hear that from so many people with cats. They can't help themselves.
He just couldn't help it, he's a cat. :)
